Perched high on a bluff, the Sea Ranch Lodge is part of a small community of freethinkers who cherish the soothing solitude of this North Coast haven. Photographing weddings here is an exhilarating experience – wildflowers border a path next to the meadow, which leads down to Black Point Lawn and the rustic 1890s barn, which overlooks the shoreline for miles and miles. The beauty of Sea Ranch is that its abundant natural attributes make anyone feel at home. I never tire of photographing weddings here.
