Ed Catmull is co-founder of Pixar Animation Studios and president of Pixar Animation Studios and Walt Disney Animation Studios.  He wrote “Creativity, Inc.” with Amy Wallace and this book shares Ed’s insights into what it takes to build a creative organization.  I captured images from behind the scenes that are featured in the book.
