I am thrilled to announce that a sweet moment between Rafael and Steve on their wedding day at the Legion of Honor in San Francisco has been awarded in the WPJA third quarter 2016 contest.

The results are in for the WPJA Summer Quarterly 2016 contest and I am pleased to announce that an image of Linda’s henna-painted hand holding her Chinese red dress has won an award.

BrideBox recognized Deborah Coleman Photography as one of the Top 20 San Francisco Bay Area wedding photographers.

The results are in for the Fall 2013 contest and I am pleased to announce that one of my images from Talia and Todd’s wedding won an award in the “Family Love” category. It is extra bittersweet that an image of Todd being embraced by his parents received this award because Todd’s father passed away recently. It is such a honor to be invited into people’s lives and capture these moments.

I am happy to announce that an image from Sheila and Ascher’s wedding was awarded FIRST PLACE in the Food & Drink photo category.

BRIDES Magazine and the WPJA (Wedding Photojournalist Association) joined forces for the fourth year in a row and offered a wedding photojournalism contest exclusively for WPJA members. I am excited to announce that two of my images from Joel and Karoline’s wedding received awards in the contest. Winning images from each of the ten categories were published in the December 2010 issue of BRIDES Magazine.

BRIDES Magazine and the WPJA (Wedding Photojournalist Association) teamed up once again for a national wedding photojournalism competition. Winning images from each of the ten categories were published in a six-page spread in the November/December 2008 issue of BRIDES Magazine, as well as both sponsor websites. My image from Katherine and Meher’s wedding took 4th place in the Culture/Religious category.
